Please note that the Exchange and Refund policy will not be applicable for Personalized Jewellery.

• The customer should report any damaged occurred to the product due to delivery within 24 hours from the time of delivery.
• All products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unaltered.
• Damaged products will neither be exchanged nor bought back by the Company.
• Please keep the invoice and certificate and/or guarantee card with you if you want to exchange or return a product without which processing the same would not be possible for us.
• We will exchange any item for an item in the same category (e.g. exchange a diamond for a diamond). Also, you need to pick up something of an equal or higher value.
• The policies are subject to change without prior notice.
• When any piece of diamond jewellery is received for Exchange/Refund, we will send it to the factory for a quality check. A positive response from the brand and we will initiate the exchange/refund process by the same mode as that of the original transaction within 21 working days.

• Any product can be exchanged only once.
• Schemes running at the time of initial purchase will not be valid at the time of exchange.
• The Policy of Conflict of Terms is applicable on all Exchanges and Buy-Backs.
Id proof will be asked at the time of delivery & after confirming order .
Who pays for the shipping or delivery charges in following cases?
• Delivery: In the case of delivery problems or in the case of delivery of wrong products, the Company will bear the cost.
• Exchange: If you want to exchange the product for any reason other than a manufacturing defect or a wrong delivery, the delivery charges will be borne by you (customer).
